Many people don’t take any break from their work because they are always available, especially tech entrepreneurs. You might not be in your office yes, even when you are outside there, you keep on checking with your employees through the phone, checking emails, adjusting work calendars and even when your employees need you, they will reach you because you are always available. One of the best ways to create a good work life balance is by unplugging yourself from everything that is making you distracted; you can decide to turn off your phone when you enter your house so that you can have some time with your family, take a shower, make dinner or just relax as you meditate. It would be good if you make a culture of leaving work in your office so that when you are outside the office you can be able to concentrate on other things that will make you relax and keep you motivated.

Prioritize self-care.
Most tech entrepreneurs allow work to occupy all the space in their life that they don’t find time to do anything else. All in all you should create time to care for your sweet self, your body will be more motivated if you do some exercise and so you can decide to take time to go to a gym, meditate, and other things that will keep you fit and happy. on what you will be doing each week so that other than your work you can have time for other activities and by doing this you will have a good work life balance.
